We use All-Inkl on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a reliable and secure presentation of our website.
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with All-Inkl. It ensures that the personal data of our website visitors is processed only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Storage period
Unless a more specific period is stated in this policy, your personal data stays with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing it (for example tax or commercial-law retention periods).
Legal bases
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where necessary for a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), where required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)) and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where information on your device is accessed, section 25 TDDDG also applies.
Withdrawal of consent
Many processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. If you object, we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of GDPR violations, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation. Data portability

Right to restriction of processing

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as your login details, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser.
4. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider of the pages (All-Inkl) automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These are:

- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website; for this, server log files must be recorded.
Cookies
This website itself does not set cookies. When you log in to the app (see below), the app sets a technically necessary session cookie.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your request, including all personal data arising from it (name, request), is stored and processed by us to handle your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data stays with us until you ask for deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
5. Login and the DayOperator app
Development status: DayOperator is currently under development. The app and this website may contain errors, may change at any time or be temporarily unavailable, and data may be lost. You therefore use them at your own risk; we recommend not entering sensitive or business-critical information and keeping a separate copy of important content. Statutory claims remain unaffected, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
The login page of this website sends your email address and password, encrypted, directly to the app at app.dayoperator.com. They are neither stored nor read on this website. The app runs separately from this website and has its own privacy information.
For context: the app is hosted by Vercel Inc.; account and usage data is stored in a Postgres database (Neon) provided through Vercel. Processing takes place to perform the usage contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Optional connections to third-party services that you set up in the app yourself are made at your request and with your consent.
